Where I pick up the taxi?

Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall from Malaga Airport (T3). He’ll have a sign with your name so you can identify him without problem. If your flight is delayed, don’t worry! We control the flight schedules to know your arrival time. Thereby you don’t have to wait to your driver.

I have booked a transfer through your website. Where I receive the booking details and confirmation of the transfer?

We send you an email with your booking details and confirmation.

But I haven’t received any confirmation email.

The confirmation email is sent after a few minutes. If you still don’t receive it, check your spam mail. If it’s not there, please contact us: we offer telephone support 24 hours a day.

Can I change my reservation if my destiny changes or we are more people?

If changes your destination or the number of people, you must notify us in advance through our contact form or calling us for do the change and modify the information on your booking if necessary.

The data of my flight have changed. What should I do?

Contact us with less brevity to update your booking.

What if my flight is delayed?

When you book with us, you have to give us the flight number. So we can check the status of your flight at any time and know the exact arrival time. Our driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall.

How I can make a reservation in Nerja Taxis?

It is very simple. Select your destination, date, time and number of your flight, the number of passengers and the vehicle you want. The options available and the transfer fee will appear. Then you only have to confirm and that’s all!

There will be more travelers in the vehicle I hire?

Nerja Taxis only offers private transfers, so the vehicle will be private to you and your companions.

When do I have to pay for the transfer?

You don’t have to pay anything in advance: you’ll pay the driver when you reach your destination.

Which are the payment methods accepted?

Payment is in cash and in euros.

Is the price per person?

The price you see when you’re going to make a reservation is the total price of the service. No surprises!

Do you provide car seats for children and babies?

When you are making your reservation, please specify that you need a child seat or a baby seat to your private transfer. No additional fees!

I need a vehicle adapted to wheelchair. In Nerja Taxis you rely on this service?

In Nerja Taxis we have vehicles adapted for wheelchairs: just select this option when you are making your reservation to make your transfer with these vehicles.

What is the schedule of your services?

We work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
